Software Making a Difference provides three types of telephone support:

Complimentary Support (225) 925 - 2772

9am - 4pm Monday - Friday CST

Free for all users for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Priority Support (225) 925 - 2772

9am - 4pm Monday - Friday CST

Priority Support is one calendar year of unlimited TELEPHONE SUPPORT.

The cost is 15% of your TaskMaster Software Purchase. This contract may be renewed annually.

General Support (225) 925 - 2772

9am - 4pm Monday - Friday CST

After the 90-day period of free phone support has expired, you may utilize General Support. This type of support gives access to a Technical Support Specialist for a cost of $75.00 per incident.

For those users who are unable to use our telephone support options, we provide you with two alternative types of support:

Free for all users who have access to the Internet or an on-line service. When using our E-mail support, please provide your name, the name of your company, e-mail address, and a detailed description of your problem. ALL these items are necessary to provide you with proper e-mail support. Please send only one problem per e-mail. You will receive a response with 48 hours. ALL International Customers, can use the E-mail support option if you are unable to call during our office hours.

FAX Support (225) 791 - 8032 24 hours a day This type of support provides you with the ability to obtain technical support via your fax machine. You can send the Technical Support Division at Software Making a Difference a fax outlining your technical problem. To give you a proper response to your fax, please include your name, the name of your company, your day time phone number, fax number, and a detailed description of your problem. You will receive a response via your FAX machine within 48 hours. ALL International Customers, can use the FAX support option if you are unable to call during our office hours.
